The New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (Temporary) 461 visa enables non-New Zealand citizens to live in Australia if they are:

Not a citizen of New Zealand
Qualified family members of a New Zealand citizen who is residing in Australia on a special category visa (subclass 444) or is eligible to hold one and will be traveling with them to Australia.

This is a temporary visa and permits a stay of up to 5 years in Australia. The visa application can be submitted from either within or outside Australia.
