The New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (Temporary) 461 visa is designed for individuals to reside in Australia who are:

Not New Zealand citizens
Family members eligible through a New Zealand citizen who either holds or is eligible to hold a special category visa (subclass 444), and is accompanying them to Australia.

Engage in employment and educational activities in Australia
Enter Australia multiple times for up to five years from the issuance date of the visa

Qualification Criteria

To qualify for this visa, you need to be one of the following:

A partner of a New Zealand citizen
A child, dependent child, or stepchild of the applicant or their partner

Health & Character Requirements

You need to provide proof of medical examinations conducted within the last 12 months as part of the health requirements for the visa.
Additionally, you must submit police clearance certificates from every country where you have resided for at least 12 months during the last 10 years to meet the character requirements.
