If an applicant signs up for the program by directly getting in touch with the provincial Immigration Office. After their application is accepted, they get eligible to apply to the Express Entry, and also upload information related to their nomination, in there.
The second way is to start off by creating a profile under the Express Entry system, and indicate their interest in getting a permanent residency by moving to the province. The PEI PNP will then be able to contact the applicant through the Express Entry. Through this process, the person will also be able to include their Express Entry ID while they submit their Expression of Interest to the officials. As an applicant gets a nomination, they’ll see their profile getting awarded 600 points to the CRS score, which is like maximizing the applicant’s chances to get an Invitation to Apply from them.
